Led by the lifeguards at the Deauville Olympic Pool, Aquabike classes improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and breathing while toning the body without putting strain on the joints. The underwater bikes await you in the shallow end for 45 minutes of intense, fun-filled exercise.
Ages 16 and up.
